Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center

Mediation sessions in Gwinnett County Superior Court or Gwinnett County Juvenile Court take place at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center (GJAC) located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia.  There is free parking in front of GJAC and overflow parking in the back.  The Office of Dispute Resolution (Mediation Office) is located on the Third Floor.  Click here for further information and directions to GJAC.

At the beginning of a Gwinnett County mediation session the parties will read and sign the Guidelines for Mediation.

Both parties are to pay the mediator's fee at the end of mediation unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.  A mediation agreement will be signed by the parties if an agreement is reached.  If no agreement is reached then the case will continue to move forward to trial at a later date.
