New Georgia Child Support Worksheet version released in 2015
The Georgia Child Support Commission released its latest version of the Georgia Child Support Worksheet that is used in divorce cases filed in Gwinnett County Superior Court and in every other Superior Court in State of Georgia. The new version of the Child Support Worksheet can be found on the Georgia Child Support Commission's website.
On January 1, 2007, Georgia began using an “Income Shares Model” for calculating child support in all divorce, modification, legitimation and paternity actions. The monthly child support amount is determined by using the Child Support Worksheet.
