Gwinnett Juvenile Court

Gwinnett Juvenile Court is located in the Gwinnett County Juvenile and Recorder's Court Building at 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia.  (The Gwinnett Juvenile Court is in a separate building and is not located at Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, GJAC).

There are currently three (3) Gwinnett County Juvenile Court Judges:

Hon. Robert V. Rodatus

Hon. Stephen E. Franzen

Hon. Robert Waller 

Gwinnett County Juvenile Court Cases

Gwinnett Juvenile Court has jurisdiction to handle some custody cases that are transferred to Juvenile Court by a Gwinnett Superior Court judge.  Gwinnett County Juvenile Court also handles delinquent, unruly, and deprived children cases and some criminal/traffic offense cases involving minor children.

The Gwinnett County Juvenile Court is located on the Third Floor of the Gwinnett County Juvenile and Recorder's Court Building.  To access Gwinnett Juvenile Court you must take the elevator to the Third Floor.  The clerk's office is located on the left and the Three (3) Courtrooms (A, B, C) are all located on the right on the Third Floor.

Guardian ad Litem Office - 4th Floor

The Guardian Ad Litem's office is located on the Fourth Floor of the Building.
